3,500 years ago, a waffle-shaped legend was born

Deep in the heart of the Mojave desert a legend was born. Now that legend sells waffles to alarmed students...

3,500 years ago, an isolated Mayan settlement in the middle of the desert was suddenly and without warning, covered in batter. Since then this batter has hardened and is now indiscernible from sandstone. It is only through the work of scores of waffleologists that we have learned the truth.

Spontaneous battering has long been a mystery to us. Many scientists have hoped to discover its secrets in the hope of selling them to Scottish Fish and chip shops, but there is only one who knows the truth.

SeƱor Waffle.

No one knows quite how He came into existence, and all those who witnessed his birthing have been trapped under batter for thousands of years. There are numerous competing theories but the majority of scientists agree that a waffle of such mustachioed resplendent glory could not have come from this earth.

Regardless of where He came from, His motives are clear: to spread the word of the waffle. For this reason His Waffleyness agreed to help us out selling waffles. Although He may have fallen a long way from his days spent swallowing settlements, He is still a magnificent sight to behold.

If your heart is pure and your stomach empty, then you might just find His Waffleyness on a university campus near you soon.

In addition to waffles, you can get a credit on the film, a DVD, a t shirt, exclusive artwork  and even the completed panda costume by donating to Pandamonium. So what are you waiting for? Donate now and be part of a project to remember!
